If this was a trustworthy or honest company don't. You think they would offer somekind of refund even if it was only fir October of this year. NOPE refund request denied. I've. Asked to speak to supervisors. We can't give you that number. REAL HONEST COMPANY AREN'T THEY. THEY MAY THINK THIS IS OVER BUT IT IS NOT. STAY AWAY FROM CLEARWIRE"

"I have been with clear for over a year now and recently had to move to another location where the Internet is already included with the rent. I decided to cancel my service. Went online and looked up their number. When I called, picking the option to cancel my service led to an automated message telling to call another number (couldn't just forward) I tried the new number and some heavily accented person picked up and forwarded me to their accounting department. After 4 mins of waiting, my call was dropped. Called them back, same thing happened. Then, on my third try, I told the guy about the dropped calls and he goes, since you have been dropped so many times, I will guarantee you that you will get to the accounting dept(so they purposely drop your calls to prevent you to cancel) after talking with the accounting rep, I owe them 80 dollars, since I asked to replace my malfunctioning device earlier, I'm billed for both devices, I asked them to waive the $40 on the other device that I returned already, lady said she would file a waiver and suggested me calling back in 2 days. 2 days later and many dropped calls n heavily accented reps later, I agreed to pay the 80 to have it cancelled out of frustration. When my shipping label was emailed to me, the link doesn't work. Called again this morning, another will be sent. I hope I can mail it back in time. They have super poor customer service. Funny, when I signed up, everyone spoke perfect English. But when I cancel, all the reps are heavily accented. Wish me luck, hopefully, I can return the device w/o incurring any more fees. Also, my monthly rate went up last year w/o any notice, whatsoever. Steer away from this company!!"

"My iSpot stopped working, and I called Clearwire . It turns out that they do outsource their calls to the Philippines. They told me they were working on the lines, and that was a lie. I then called back again they said wait 24 hours. I called back they said the would overnight a new iSpot. They gave me a fake tracking number. I called back the next day they said no such number existed and they had not even sent a replacement out. It would be 5 business days. I am still waiting. They lie don't trust them"
